Stirpio was built to close that gap in the narrowest way that actually works. We connect to the inbound sources a business already has, make the opportunities visible, recover the ones nobody handled, and report what was observed. That is the whole job.
We prove it before you pay
Every engagement starts with a free 14-day trial on your own calls, not with a proposal. If it catches leads worth keeping, you continue month to month. If it does not, you stop, we disconnect and delete the data. Selling a fix for a problem nobody has seen is how this category earned its reputation, and we would rather show than tell.
We work around what you already run
No migration, no new system for your team to live inside, no rebuilding something you already pay for. If the right answer is a setting inside a tool you own, that is the answer. The value is in the setup being correct, watched, and reported on honestly, not in the number of features attached to it.
Small and managed, on purpose
Stirpio is founder-operated. The person who designs your setup is the person who answers when you write, and the person whose name is on the report. That means direct answers and no ticket queue. It also means we take on a small number of businesses at a time, and we will tell you if you are better served elsewhere.
We say what we cannot see
A call record proves that someone rang and that nobody rang back. It does not prove you lost a customer.
So every number we report carries a label: observed, estimated, or not observable. We do not report revenue generated or customers lost, because we cannot see either one. Being precise about the limits is not modesty, it is the only way the numbers stay worth reading.
